1. Our 14-day guarantee
If a bundle does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. We stand behind the quality of our products and review every request fairly.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, at least one of the following must apply:
- The bundle contains a significant defect that prevents it from working as advertised.
- The product is materially different from its description or live demo.
- You experienced a technical problem our support team could not fix within a reasonable time.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally cannot offer refunds for the following:
- Change of mind after the files have been downloaded and used.
- Lack of the skills or environment needed to install or customise the bundle.
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting outside the bundle.
3. How to request a refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Email support@apaone.com from the address on your order, or open a support ticket.
- Include your order number, the bundle name, and a clear description of the problem.
- Give our team a chance to help — most issues are resolved quickly without a refund being necessary.
4. Processing your refund
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. When a refund is processed, the associated license key is revoked and your download access for that bundle is removed.
